Terms & Conditions — h5h03

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "h5h03" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the h5h03 platform, accessible at https://h5h03.app, together with its licensed subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and service providers.
• "Platform" — means the h5h03 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, and payment cashier.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a guest visitor.
• "Account" — means the individual personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username and protected by a password.
• "Balance" / "Player Funds" — refers to real-money funds deposited by a Player and held in the Player's Account, net of any withdrawals, bets placed, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to non-cashable promotional credits credited to a Player's Account as part of a bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and document verification process that h5h03 applies to Player Accounts in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming standards.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" — refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, and the base currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — means any country or territory from which h5h03 does not accept Player registrations, as updated from time to time at the Company's sole discretion.

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during account registration, or depositing funds into a Player Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and h5h03 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms, and in such case "you" shall refer to both you as an individual and to that entity.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. h5h03 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. If h5h03 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds in the Account will be held until verification is completed. Winnings accrued during any period of underage access may be forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within a territory where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register an Account.
4. One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from h5h03 or any affiliated gaming platform. Attempting to register or play during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these terms.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of h5h03 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment providers.

To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process via the h5h03 Login page and create a personal Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information as required.

The following rules apply to your Account at all times:

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h5h03 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Security: You must notify h5h03's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. h5h03 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending a security investigation.
• Accurate Personal Details: Your Account must be registered using your real legal name, current Indonesian residential address, valid national identity number (NIK), date of birth, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. The name on your Account must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Account Ownership: An Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any entitlements associated with it (including Bonus Funds, loyalty points, or promotional credits) to any other person.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. h5h03 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Account balances after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

h5h03 is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Platform and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As part of this commitment, h5h03 may require Players to submit identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review triggered by account activity.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP / national identity card, or passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bank account in your name at BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or confirmation of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, taken on the date of submission;
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits, in accordance with h5h03's internal AML thresholds.

h5h03 reserves the right to withhold the processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with h5h03's Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the h5h03 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). h5h03 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which h5h03 bears no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by h5h03's payment processor. Processing times vary by method, but standard bank transfers are typically confirmed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally confirmed within 2 minutes.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 15 minutes on average during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 WIB.
• h5h03 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed internal AML thresholds, which may result in processing delays of up to 3 business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. h5h03 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, certain payment providers may deduct their own processing fees.

h5h03 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and low-margin speciality games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Slot games typically contribute 100%. Full contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the relevant bonus terms (typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance). Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account termination.
• Bonus Abuse: h5h03 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close Accounts where the Company determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or coordinated play with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: h5h03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via email or in-platform notification.

By placing bets or participating in games on the h5h03 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Final Authority: h5h03's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final and binding, except where an obvious technical error is clearly demonstrable and subject to the dispute resolution process in clause 14.
• Sportsbook Bets: All sportsbook bets — including pre-match markets, live in-play bets, and accumulator (mix parlay) bets — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the Sportsbook page. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, the applicable rule will determine how affected bets are settled.
• Casino Games: Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer procedure. The RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel. h5h03 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live bet, h5h03 will use server-side game state data to determine the correct outcome. h5h03's liability for losses arising from technical failures is limited to the stake amount placed in the affected round.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Bet limits apply to all games and markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. h5h03 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Voided Bets: h5h03 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h5h03 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Players, sports participants, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event offered on the Platform;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any transaction involving proceeds of crime;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents during KYC verification;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing h5h03 staff, support agents, or other Platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any part of h5h03's internal systems.

All content on the h5h03 Platform — including but not limited to the h5h03 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of h5h03 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of h5h03.

h5h03 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

h5h03 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors and are not stored on h5h03's own servers beyond what is required to process a single transaction. Your KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5h03 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events;
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances outside h5h03's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

h5h03's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit h5h03's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

h5h03 reserves the right, at its sole reasonable discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of funds deposited into the Account;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21;
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds, voided winnings, or amounts subject to an active dispute) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5h03 holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You may raise a formal complaint by contacting h5h03's support team at [email protected]. h5h03 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either Party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by a recognised arbitration body in accordance with its applicable rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in the jurisdiction of h5h03's primary licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent h5h03 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

h5h03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, no fewer than 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.
